As Soon As She Pays

A new patient comes in to see you. She needs considerable work done, but it looks like she has had recent dental care. When you ask her about this, she tells you that another dentist in town was treating her, but she decided that she didn't like him, that she wasn't comfortable with him, and so she left. When you call the previous dentist to request her records and radiographs, he tells you, "You know, she never even mentioned to me that she was unhappy. Plus she never paid for any of the services I provided. You tell her I'll send out those records as soon as she clears up the bill."
